had a great birthday this year, no doubt simple but still very nice. thanks for the well wishes and i love the presents-and its ALL OK! =)
Jo's ipod shuffle latest tech like super small and sleek man- dinner and movies. Love the ending specially too hahah.
Lianshen's hanabi lunch buffet which made me super full till night and DKNY perfume.
Veronica's, Janice, Joel, Kai En and Jiazhen's watch from french connection- spells out one word big big FCUK on it. Like im scolding you everytime you stare at my watch. Coolness. Oh and Janice's crazy idea of a cinderella balloon. hahah
Amelia's jar of gummy bears which i appreciate a lot. damn sweet
Still waiting to see what crazy cal will get for me too. havent celebrated till after her pay comes, more shiok hahaha.
My parents' hongbao and the already used marc by marc jacobs bag. My second sister's money for my highlights which though i havent done anything yet, the money is already spent. My eldest sister's money and bras from la senza. loll.
though the day is over and the presents already used or eaten but still, must take time to acknowledge and appreciate them so next time i wanna complain that i didnt get present from who who or who, i can refer back that they did. ahaha. =)
anyways, 3 days of mahjonging consecutively has made me an addict.

My sister popped today and introduced baby amber into the world...
On close up of the baby, i think she looks a bit like an Ah Ma actually. Look at her eyebrows, its of greenish colour- the tattooed-on kind. And her nostrils does not have hair yet. In addition, contrary to what i thought before, her eyes can be opened already...Though in my opinion, when it was opened, she looks like a baby demon..the kind that Ju-On has.
But nevermind, i still think shes cute. Like literally ugly but adorable. Seeing as how my eldest sister told me that as a baby i kinda look like an ugly monkey, im sure Amber still has potential. LOL. Really, Im SO not thick skinned man. *rolls eyes. But ohhh, Amber has a really nice deep dimple. =)
Amber's gonna love her two aunties. =)

Newest edition of the Monopoly board game, Traveller Set.
Why was it so cool? Because its the Credit Card style, not those frilly paper money. Me adore.

So as it was, I was the big WINNER.! Made the rest bankrupt because i kept buying countries and building houses/hotels ( BUY BUY BUY) ; when they land on my stretch of hotels, they had to cough up to 20million dollars each time. Isaac went bankrupt first, then Jo and finally, Calista. Shiok man me. Hahah. Oh yes, and we were at the botanical gardens on a sunny Sunday afternoon for a picnic. I made egg mayo sandwiches amongst others, and being the kind person i am, restricted myself from refrigerating the eggs the night before ( made it before the trip down instead), because it will cause smelly farts as my dad proclaimed. loll.
Afterwhich I went with Jo to Raffles for her to grab her boots from work. Took a cab back with her; dropping her off to her aunt's place for her dinner and then off home for me. Had the intention of going to taper my jeans when Cal called me again to play mahjong at Glenn's. So i quickly grabbed a shower before Cal came to pick me up. And since i kinda sucked at mahjong, i lost 3 bucks to cal, winning only 2 games out of the few we played. Had slight interruption in the middle because i was on the phone for a bit to clear up some stuff. Sorry. Oh yes, and Glenn's dog seemed to be ready to hump my leg before i faster lifted my foot up the chair. Mann, dogs...*shudders.
Anyways i think i have a new found interest with tailors. Brought 2 pair of jeans, one skirt and one top for alteration. Totalled up to 60 bucks; money well spent, i'll say. For a mere sixty bucks, i save 4 pieces of garments. Sweet. =))

a few days without parentals was pretty cool.
she was a house guest for 2 days =D ;
and i finally fulfilled my promise to cal to club other place other than play club. haha. of coz, she came too =)
went to butter factory on ladies night because, where else to head to when u wanna be a blardy cheapo right? hahah. but being the ultimate, we went to zouk to get the free entry first, then to butter's and then back to zouk- even if by the time we reached zouk after butter's, we had only 30mins left to dance.
so due to road blocks, cal had some difficulties trying to get to one fullerton. upon her request, i winded my passenger window down to ask the road marshals how to get round the road blocks to our destination. now i appreciate just a little bit for the reasons my parents pay taxes because we had a road marshal escort on the roads. yup, he rode a bike in front, with some flashing lights on the backside of the bike- in his get up and two flags along the sides of the bike, we ARE royalty. but i guess the affinity with this particular road marshal does not make us exceptions to having to pay for carpark entry. sadly, no such thing as fate bringing our car and him together.
got home at 4plus. saw many people passing out. how haggard and ugly others looked after clubbing...definitely not much of my scene, play club exceptional. nonetheless, its still alright to do every once in a very very blue moon and yes, i appreciate the whole experience still. calista was damn funny when shes high too. she definitely brings on the lols. oh yes, not to forget, happy ten months love. =)
now that my parents are back, i've received a new leather bag! =) love it much. today is my mum's birthday too actually, happy birthday mummy. 55 years old but forever looking like a 48. love you loads. kisses.

school has resumed after three weeks of examinations and holidays.
results were released with no remoduling in sight =)
quite satisfied with my results but very sure i cannot upkeep that standard through this semester.hahah
just as long as i dont waste more money and time doing the module again or taking supp papers, its good.
i have so many better things in life to do than that.
anyways quite a few things occurred the past two weeks. some significant events, some minute issues. while i cant say everything turned out perfectly fine, at least they are not as bad as what i anticipated. i hope they will be more lenient to my friend. may have gotten over the shock, especially i met her a few days before it happened, but it all still feels surreal somewhat. i guess its because we do not meet often, but a friendship is not based on the amount of time spent together but the quality of the time spent before and the chemistry the friendship holds.
on another note, a certain person who got drunk and then thought she was gonna be a slayer (like the 2 boys from newspaper article) claiming that the playground was actually 15 stories high and shes in heaven. -.- That? that turned out better after all, and nothing that cannot be mended wasnt pieced back together. haha. thinking back, it was hilarious. then- it wasnt at all. no more such things again ok, silly?
so parents are going away to bangkok soon for a couple of days. heard that the situation wasnt that stable in bangkok the past few days, and that it could get worse. while i appreciate the free time alone with no parentals, i really dont want the control placed over us relinquished totally. please come back safe and sound you two oldies.
now,
time to set some house rules with my sister.

enjoyed today much-
had buffet with my whole family at Carousel and the moment my sister and i reached,
we headed straight to the salmon sashimi counter and we grabbed so much,
im sure we shared half a salmon fish just between the two of us (and maybe a bit more)
but then again, whats new for me right? =D
headed to DFS afters and my parents bought me a small marc jacobs bag,
well, it was practically forced upon them coz after setting my eyes on it, i told my mum she could get it for my birthday- its fine for me. lol. (like so not self serviced) i love it, even if it can barely contain much things, certainly not my handphone. but love is as it is, it doesnt matter does it? lol, exactly my point.
afterwhich went to meet Jo outside ion, and we caught the final destination movie. it wasnt fantastic so i wouldnt recommend it- i personally prefer the previous one though. then we walked about, went into the other new shopping mall; OC and she got me a top which i love. a toga style kind of top and i find it cute. thank you, appreciate it muchhh! hahha. then we took a leisurely walk all the way to city hall.
am not anticipating for school to resume, im having a pretty enjoyable time right now man.
sighs.
anyways i dunno if its a coincidental thing or what but 2 days back while on the phone during the wee hours in the morning, i can hear very soft music playing in the phone. whats a lil freaky is that jo couldnt hear it, but i could hear it clearly even if it was soft. even worse was that the music that i hear on the phone was very apt to the topic from which we were talkng. it played jing tian bu hui jia ( translate- today dont go home) and i was talking about how i will be going out early in the morning to meet my friend. well, both of us were having a small but heated discussion thats all i could say. somehow i dont think im wrong to be thinking what i thought. anyways im still hearing some music late at night on my phone and she still cant hear it.

I cant believe im having flashes of study notes in my dreams.
Like, few weeks ago i can imagine having a conversation with myself going,
"hey how about waking up early in the morning, say, 7ish, to study?
"seriously, in your dreams dumbass"
such a dual jab at myself,
im literally dreaming about my studying notes and waking up at 730am to study.
im proud.

Thursday. PLAY!
Oh yeah. I was babysitting this kitten a week or two back.
 
 
 
Like act cute only. Shes a handful seriously. I couldnt even go to the toilet properly because she will start mewing. When i sleep, she will automatically snuggle up real close to my neck- the whole time i feel like i was wearing a scarf to sleep. When it shits, its always diahorrea-like, so i always have to clean its ass lest it leaves pieces of dried shit on my bed. Very naughty kitten.
But i still like it a lot. =)

been on a bowling spree this couple of days and its not a cheap sport to upkeep, even if i would really love for it to be. im really piss-broke now. =(
nonetheless, on happier news, i am currently using my new netbook and loving it. the camera/webcam function is wayy cool. oh and yes, my parents bought it for me. yes i know, i feel damn bad about it...but the feeling is easing off already. lol. its LG, no more macbook-meaning there will no need to feel so restricted by some of the programs.
oh and both my school projects are downnn. im only left with final examinations. =) it certainly feels much better now that two huge burdens are lifted. uh huh uh huh.
lastly, being a female; im entitled to be constantly on watch of THE weight. ahaha but i havent been having much of an appetite lately, hence i lost some.=) and because the appetite isnt really there, im like eating all the junk food i want, when i want it, and not worry about adding on the kilos coz they will never be enough to constitute a full meal. like bliss seriously. =D
okay. bad news is that i think i am feeling sick. oh and i still think its very sweet that she tattooed a phoenix for me. =)

been pretty busy these past few days with this and that, but im back for now. =)
anyway i think the harry potter movie is overhyped seriously. caught it today and if it wasnt that i love reading the collection, i'd have tossed the idea of watching it the way i did with transformers. i know many people said that transformers was good but if i wasnt interested in the movie in the beginning, no matter how hot megan fox is said to be, i'd think its a waste of money. shes hot yes, but she looks a little bitchy albeit in a sexy body. in a quirky way, i'd rather catch helena bonham carter. she plays bellatrix lestrange in harry potter. not only do i find her rather attractive, she breathes life into the character she portrays. that so especially with unconventional roles- not unlike johnny depp.
ah yes im getting hooked onto bowling already. just learned how to bowl properly and after many false starts aka rolling it into the gutter, not getting a good grip on the bowling ball- tossing it backwards instead of forward, i finally had a proper strike. feels good man that though ok la, only once. hahah, but its fun.! yes and the mood to play pool is somewhat returning too. more more more? =D

These past few days were pretty busy for me with some birthday planning, school projects and presentations. At least one down with the birthday planning and now im faced with busy school schedules, next week it'll be the calm after the storm.but damn.a long way more to go.
anyways, HAPPY BIRTHDAY CALISTA LYE. my sexayy bff. =D
really hope u've enjoyed what i planned, the buffet and the cake at the end. oh the presents i got for u. my little menu album...and my family all chipped in some help one way or the other okay.! =) lastly, of coz thanks jo, for helping me and buying the cake for her. =))
now that the fun part is over....
